Samantha Grizzle

Attorney

Samantha Grizzle is an Associate Attorney at Garcia Law Firm. She graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in psychology, and went on to earn her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.

Prior to joining our firm, Samantha served as an Assistant State Attorney in the Sixth and Sixteenth Judicial Circuits of Florida, where she held roles that include Domestic Violence Prosecutor, Traffic Court Prosecutor, and Lead Trial Attorney. She has prosecuted thousands of cases, ranging from second degree misdemeanors to first degree, punishable-by-life felonies, and has litigated over a dozen jury trials to verdict.

Samantha’s practice is focused primarily on criminal defense, family law, and civil litigation.

Samantha is a 5th generation Conch, born and raised in Key West, Florida. She is grateful to be back in her hometown and have the opportunity to serve the community she loves.

In her free time, Samantha is a mentor for the Take Stock in Children program. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being on the beautiful water surrounding our island, and catching any live music she can find around town.
